Phillip Eugene Rich, Jr., 63, of Benton passed away on Sunday evening February 23, 2025 at his home.
He was born in Chicago, IL on August 28, 1961 the son of Phillip Eugene Rich, Sr. & Novella Rich.
He married Shelby Marsh on November 8, 2021.
