Frances Elaine Mayfield, of Pittsburg, formerly of Cave-In-Rock, passed away at 5:20 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at her home.
Frances was born on July 27, 1954, in Cave-In-Rock to Ola Marshall "Pete" and Amy (Suits) Gosser. She was united in marriage to her husband, Wendall Edward Mayfield in June 2006. They spent 18 years of marriage together.
Frances attended Cave-In-Rock High School and went on to join the workforce. She was a longtime service manager at Jim Hayes Dealership in Harrisburg and later worked as the service manager at Mercedes and Chevrolet Dealership in Marion and Marion Subaru.
Frances enjoyed spending time working outside at her home. She also enjoyed going on motorcycle rides. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren, Jayden and Greyson.
