William Russell Heibner, age 47, of Herrin, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at 2:21 a.m. on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at his home.
He was born in West Frankfort, IL on April 24, 1977, the son of Russell "Ted" and Patricia Lynn (Blades) Heibner.
Russell attended school in Herrin and was a graduate of Herrin High School Class of 1995. He continued on with his education attending John A. Logan College of Carterville, IL where he received his Associate Degree in Science.
He was united in marriage to Kimberly Rene' Westbrook on April 5, 2004 in Sevierville, TN and together they have shared over 20 years of marriage.
He was of the Apostolic faith. His life revolved around his love for Kimberly, studying and reading his Bible, understanding the meaning of the scriptures and applying them to his life.
